It means: “charge me in IDR, please, without conversion.”

Use ATMs attached to bank branches (BCA, Mandiri, BNI) and prefer machines inside bank vestibules. Note the per-withdrawal caps (often IDR 1.5–3 million).
Cash rules outside hotels and larger restaurants.
Rupiah has a lot of zeros, so an ATM offering to charge your card “only 92.50” in your currency is hiding the markup in the noise. Do the math in rupiah.
