It means: “charge me in MYR, please, without conversion.”

Maybank, CIMB and Public Bank ATMs accept foreign cards; some charge a small operator fee (~RM 10–12).
Cards fine in KL and Penang’s malls; hawker centres and street stalls want cash or local e-wallets.
KLIA airport shops often ask “ringgit or home currency?” at the till. The second option is DCC.
