Bank-branch ATMs (PKO BP, Santander, mBank) are the safe pick. Machines inside shops and kantors push conversion aggressively.
Poland is strongly card-friendly: BLIK and contactless are everywhere.
Terminals often show “PLN or [your currency]?” with your currency pre-highlighted. Slow down and pick złoty.
